The service was slow. it often took a long time to get drinks at the pool bar. I waited over 30 minutes once. the minibar wasn't consistently refilled. i had to ask for water several times. this was annoying after a hot day. also, the air conditioning didn't work properly in the room, resulting in an uncomfortably warm nights, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

I found the manicured gardens spread over a large area. They offered many hang-out spots. the hotel buildings were low. ample parking was available, with solar reflectors offering shade for cars. our ROOM was well-appointed, it had comfortable beds AND a roomy bathroom.

i thought the food options presented were somewhat POOR. service at every bar was ABYSMAL. it took at least 30 minutes to get anything even when the bar was empty. pouring a pint myself could have been quicker.

the pools Was large, clean, and well-organized. i noticed the availability of kayaking and a gym. the breakfast offered was delicious with a great variety. the resort is in a QUIET location perfect for relaxation.

The hotel had well kept gardens. Decor was simple. Rooms had comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. Pool zones are large and clean.

Restaurants do not offer variety in their menu, and stop serving food early.
