I found the setting fine! the rooms were clean and well kept. taxis were available. the staff stood out, especially morena, guilia, and isabella at the lime bar. They were friendly, witty, and helpful. their quick service enhanced our time there.

underwhelming sicilian stay.

slow service faulty air conditioning

The service was slow. it often took a long time to get drinks at the pool bar. I waited over 30 minutes once. the minibar wasn't consistently refilled. i had to ask for water several times. this was annoying after a hot day. also, the air conditioning didn't work properly in the room, resulting in an uncomfortably warm nights, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

nice moments in sicily

manicured gardens ample parking comfortable beds

I found the manicured gardens spread over a large area. They offered many hang-out spots. the hotel buildings were low. ample parking was available, with solar reflectors offering shade for cars. our ROOM was well-appointed, it had comfortable beds AND a roomy bathroom.

i thought the food options presented were somewhat POOR. service at every bar was ABYSMAL. it took at least 30 minutes to get anything even when the bar was empty. pouring a pint myself could have been quicker.

The hotel had well kept gardens. Decor was simple. Rooms had comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. Pool zones are large and clean.

Restaurants do not offer variety in their menu, and stop serving food early.
